About the Role
SweetBeats Sports & Soulfood Karaoke Bar is looking for a creative and organized Events Planner to help us bring unforgettable nights to life. From karaoke competitions to themed parties, you’ll work with our team to design, coordinate, and manage events that keep our guests coming back for more. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on details, has a love for entertainment, and knows how to turn ideas into seamless experiences.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate in-house events, parties, and special promotions.
Work with management, DJs, and performers to design unique event experiences.
Handle event logistics, including scheduling, vendor communication, and décor setup.
Create and manage event budgets.
Collaborate with the marketing team on flyers, promotions, and social media.
Be present during events to ensure smooth execution and handle issues quickly.
Track event success and gather guest feedback for improvements.
