About the Role
SweetBeats Sports & Soulfood Karaoke Bar in Akron, OH is looking for energetic and skilled Bartenders to mix drinks, engage with guests, and keep the party going. As a Bartender, you’ll combine great customer service with speed, accuracy, and a little flair to help create the unforgettable SweetBeats experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest requests.
Provide excellent customer service while creating a fun, welcoming bar atmosphere.
Engage with guests during karaoke and events, keeping energy high.
Check identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
Maintain a clean, organized bar and restock supplies as needed.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Support barbacks and communicate effectively with servers and FOH staff.
Assist with promotions, drink specials, and event nights.
